1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you") and dewa06 ("dewa06", "we", "us", "the Platform"). Access to and use of the Platform is conditional upon your full acceptance of these Terms. By completing the registration process or by accessing any game, betting market, or account feature on the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You have read these Terms in full and understand their contents;
• You are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement;
• You are accessing the Platform for your own personal entertainment and not on behalf of another person;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• All information you have provided during registration is accurate, truthful, and up to date.

dewa06 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, dewa06 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the email address on record or via an in-platform notice. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the dewa06 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to open and maintain an account with dewa06, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• Age: You must be 18 years of age or older. This requirement is strictly enforced and non-negotiable.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• Single account: You may hold only one registered account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• Not self-excluded: You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order placed through dewa06 or any associated platform.
• Not an employee: Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of dewa06 are not permitted to hold player accounts.

dewa06 takes its age verification obligations seriously. Where there is reasonable suspicion that a user may be under 18, dewa06 will suspend the account pending verification. Any winnings accrued on an account found to belong to a person under 18 will be forfeited in full.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. dewa06 makes no representation that access to the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction outside of its intended operating market.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full functionality of dewa06, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate and complete information including your name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method. You agree to keep this information current and to notify dewa06 promptly of any changes.

Account Verification: dewa06 may require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) before processing your first withdrawal or at any time thereafter. Acceptable verification documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh. Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account details) may also be required.

Login Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. dewa06 will never ask you for your password via any support channel. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use — whether by you or by any other person — is your sole responsibility.

• Choose a strong, unique password that you do not use on other services.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared devices.
• Notify support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Do not access your account via public Wi-Fi without a secure VPN connection.

dewa06 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its discretion, including where it believes the registration is fraudulent, duplicated, or otherwise in breach of these Terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Supported Payment Methods: dewa06 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 via any supported payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 to any linked account.
• Deposit processing: Mobile banking deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) typically reflect in your dewa06 balance within seconds. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the originating institution.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within minutes during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are generally completed within one business day.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. dewa06 may request additional documentation for large withdrawals.
• Payment method consistency: You may only withdraw funds to a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

dewa06 reserves the right to place a hold on any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, ongoing investigation, or pending bonus wagering requirements. Where a hold is applied, dewa06 will notify the affected user and aim to resolve the matter within a reasonable timeframe.

Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile payment provider in respect of a valid dewa06 transaction is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension. Any outstanding balance may be offset against the chargeback amount.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

dewa06 offers sports betting (including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports), casino games (slots, live dealer tables, table games), crash games (Aviator), and skill-based games (Let's Shoot). The following general rules apply to all products on the Platform:

• Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by dewa06. dewa06 reserves the right to refuse or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed at an erroneous price, where there is evidence of match-fixing or corruption, or where a system error has occurred.
• Odds and markets: Cricket odds and all other betting markets are updated in real time. Odds are subject to change up until the moment of bet acceptance. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds are locked in for that wager.
• In-play betting: In-play (live) betting is available on selected cricket and sports markets. In-play bets are accepted subject to the Platform's current position on the event. dewa06 may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• Casino games: All casino games use certified random number generators (RNG) or are supplied by regulated live dealer studios. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game reflects its theoretical long-term payout rate and does not guarantee individual session results.
• Voided bets: In the event that a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise does not reach a definitive result, applicable bets may be voided and stakes returned in accordance with the sport-specific rules published on the Platform.
• Errors: In the event of a technical error, communication failure, or software malfunction that results in incorrect odds or game outcomes being displayed, dewa06 reserves the right to void affected bets and correct the record.

Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately within the relevant sections of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules will take precedence in relation to that sport or game.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

dewa06 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, which include wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and eligible games or markets. General bonus rules are as follows:

• Wagering requirements: Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, minimum odds thresholds, and eligible games are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• One bonus per player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus or promotional offer may be active on your account at any given time. You cannot combine multiple bonus offers.
• No multi-accounting: Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through the use of multiple accounts, shared payment methods, shared devices, or shared IP addresses is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.
• Bonus expiry: Unclaimed or un-wagered bonuses expire after the period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• BDT bonus values: All bonus amounts are stated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform does not convert bonus values from foreign currencies.
• Welcome bonuses: Welcome deposit bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit. Existing players who create additional accounts to claim welcome bonuses are in breach of these Terms.

dewa06 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus is cancelled prior to completion of wagering requirements, any bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds may be removed from the account.

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered user of dewa06, you agree to use the Platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms, all applicable laws, and accepted standards of fair play. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balance:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or using a stolen or fraudulently obtained payment method.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds as part of any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime scheme.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated in-play betting.
• Automated systems: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to place bets, play casino games, or interact with the Platform in any way not intended for human users.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system malfunctions to gain an advantage. Any winnings derived from exploited errors will be voided.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised payment disputes or chargebacks with your bank or payment provider after a legitimate transaction has been processed by dewa06.
• Abuse of support: Harassing, threatening, or abusing any member of the dewa06 support team via any communication channel.

dewa06 employs fraud detection systems, transaction monitoring, and account activity analysis tools to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, dewa06 may freeze account funds, request additional documentation, and refer the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

Voluntary closure: You may request closure of your dewa06 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any pending bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to your verified payment method. Accounts cannot be closed while a bonus wagering requirement is in progress unless the bonus is first forfeited.

Responsible gaming closure: If you request account closure on responsible gaming grounds (self-exclusion), the account will be closed immediately and cannot be reopened for the self-exclusion period you specify. dewa06 takes self-exclusion requests seriously and will not send promotional communications to self-excluded players.

Involuntary suspension or closure: dewa06 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or identity theft;
• Account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age;
• Multiple account operation;
• Suspected money laundering or financial crime;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated against dewa06;
• At dewa06's discretion for any other legitimate business reason.

Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, dewa06 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Any funds determined to be proceeds of fraudulent activity or Terms violations will be forfeited.

Dormant accounts: An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. dewa06 may contact you to confirm whether you wish to keep the account active. dewa06 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee on dormant accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule, subject to any applicable regulatory requirements.

Governing law and disputes: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from your use of the Platform should first be directed to the dewa06 support team, who will aim to resolve the matter fairly and promptly. dewa06 is committed to transparent and equitable dispute resolution for all Bangladeshi players.
